PHILANTRHOPHY

Philanthropy is when someone helps other people without expecting anything in return, is the action of charity..

Personally I think it’s one of the best ways to make something good for our country because it shows our human quality and how much do we care for the other people.

There are a lot of reasons why the philanthropy is something good, but of course the principal reason is helping others giving them something invaluable from the heart and soul, just because we want to do it.. I think that’s the biggest reward we receive from doing that.

But there are also bad things that I can mention about philanthropy , If I start thinking about how does the associations for charity support I can realize that sometimes that association use some of the money that the public give them for the good action as a benefit so they can pay another costs with that money , but that does not happen always.. I mean what can be bad about philanthropy?

Maybe if you do it as an obligation can be a little wrong , because it’s supposed to be something that comes from the heart , and what is the purpose of doing it without wanting to?

Well when I do something for other people , that’s when I feel very proud and happy .. because I share a smile, my time and a lot of other things that are priceless… as you know there’s not something else that makes me more happier than making a change in someone’s life.

HSM part 1

High School Musical.

This period we had an amazing project: A play.

At first we were scared because we thought that it won´t be enough time for us to practice the play, but we had to do it, so we chose HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL because that play's funny, and the little kids of kindergarden will love it. We started choosing the characters of the play and they were:

Gabriella: Mitzi

Troy: Tony

Sharpay: Priscila

Ryan: Allan ( he's not in our english class but we thought he would be perfect ;) )

Taylor: Jania ( me)

Chad: Dani.

Mrs. Darbus: Cynthia

Coach: Toño

Mothers: Alexia and Connie.

As you know HSM has a lot of dance and singing so we practice a lot, and I think that we were the best play of all classes.

We were very happy because everybody loved it :)

I think this project was an opportunity for us to show what we have learned in this semester and also to have fun.

It was kind of funny the way we acted because everybody laughed, but when we took it very seriously and we learned our dialogues perfectly the play wasn't that funny.

I think that now we are able to perform the play again and do it very good, but sadly the English week is finished now, so we did enjoy a lot performing the play and we had a lot of fun doing it, definitely I will remember this all my life, I loved working whit all my classmates and with you miss.
